What is your return & refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. That gives you 14 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.
To receive a full refund, please contact us within 14 days.
In order to receive a refund, we must receive the returned item prior to processing the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
For apparel it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund or return please contact us at email@example.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
How do I exchange an item?
If you have received a shirt with the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for you. We must, however, receive your return prior to shipping your new shirt.

The fastest way to exchange your shirt is to start a return and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new shirt. Be assured, once we receive your shirt, we will start your refund.
Otherwise, once we receive the item you are exchanging, we will process and ship your new item.
Do you provide return shipping if I need to return or exchange an item?
Our shipping services cover the cost to ship the item to you. Therefore, if you need to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the return shipping.
If you are exchanging an item we will pay the shipping cost to ship the new item to you.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective or I received the wrong item?
Please inspect your item upon receipt and if an item was damaged or defective or we sent you the wrong item, we will pay the return shipping.
